This website, samanthaleah.com, is run by Samantha Pelosi, who performs as Samantha Leah ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Sign-up information: when you join the list, the details you enter: first name, email address, mobile number, and ZIP code (all optional except an email or a phone number).
- Text message consent: if you agree to texts, we keep a record of that consent: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address it came from.
- Purchases: shop orders are processed by our payment provider. We receive your name, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill your order. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To send you the emails and/or text messages you signed up for: new music, shows and presales, merch, and other updates.
- To let you know about shows near you (that's what the ZIP code is for).
- To fulfill and support shop orders.
Text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to texts from Samantha Leah, you'll receive recurring marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. See the SMS Terms for details.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with the service providers that run this website and send our messages, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and secure storage of sign-ups)
- TextMagic and Twilio (sending email and text messages)
- Our payment processor (shop checkout)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Unsubscribing and your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- Delete your information: email us and we'll remove you from our lists.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
